After getting a clean bill of health from village inspectors on Wednesday, Lou Malnati's will open its new restaurant at 5261 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn at 4 p.m. Thursday. "We'll have a soft opening on Thursday," said Mindy Kaplan, director of marketing for the restaurant chain. The pizzeria will offer carryout and delivery.
