Vorberg Violates House Arrest, Lands Back in Jail, Sheriff Says

Man charged with public indecency stepped outside when he wasn't supposed to while wearing electronic ankle bracelet, cops say.

An Oak Lawn man charged with two felony counts of public indecency is back behind bars. Cook County Sheriff’s Police took Daniel Vorberg, 30, into custody after he violated the terms of electronic monitoring. He was back in jail as of Tuesday. Connect with Patch: Oak Lawn / Beverly-Mt. Man Who Reported Public Indecency Tells His Story

The man who called police on Daniel Vorberg, who was charged with public indecency after he was reported to have masturbated in his car near a Mount Greenwood school, speaks out about the incident.

The man who is the witness to a recent Mt. Greenwood crime wants to make sure people understand exactly what happened.  He says that he and his fiance are the two witnesses to the alleged crimes of Daniel Vorberg, 30, the Oak Lawn man they say was masturbating in a car on the 11200 block of S. Spaulding Ave. just down the street from Cassell School in Mount Greenwood. On April 30, around 4 p.m., his fiance saw a car parked on the street on the side of their home, something seemed off. In front of the house around their porch was a group of about six kids, between six and nine years of age, he said. FRIDAY FEBRUARY 8 A 25-year-old Oak Lawn man was charged with public indecency when he was spotted urinating behind a bar in the 9700 block of South Cicero Avenue. Officers observed Michal A. Weyer around 12:12 a.m. relieving himself next to a Dumpster in full view of the public and patrons exiting the pub, police said. The officer illuminated Weyer with the spotlight on the squad car and told him “to wrap it up and fasten his pants,” reports said. Weyer allegedly stated, “My pants are up, sir,” and continued to urinate ignoring the police officer’s commands. College Student Charged With Public Indecency

Police search leads to arrest of 18-year-old man after he allegedly exposed himself to woman in parking lot.

Oak Lawn police tracked down an 18-year-old man after a woman said he exposed himself to her in a parking lot, reports said. Jonte Jamal Spane, 18, of the 9200 block of South Tripp Avenue, was charged with public indecency on May 6. Police said he was a student at a local college.
