Looking for things to do for the holidays in Chicago? Whether you live in the city or the suburbs, remember these Christmas classics. What: This Museum of Science and Industry event began in 1942 with just one tree dedicated to the Allies of World War II. Today, the event includes a 45-foot tall Grand Tree with more than 30,000 lights and 1,000 ornaments adorning it. Pre-Easter Fun, Charitable Activities and Family Sports: Get Out!

Get out and stay out this weekend in Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park.

ST. BERNADETTE HOLY NAME FISH FRY  Where/When: St. Bernadette Catholic Academy, 9311 S. Francisco Ave., Evergreen Park, 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. April 15. Why go: St. Bernadette Holy Name Society is holding its all-you-can-eat buffet with fried or baked fish, baked mostaccioli, cheese pizza and fries. Proceeds benefit the Adult Formation Center is set up for seniors needing a kid-free zone who can't handle stairs. There will be a $10 drawing for 32-inch HDTV. Open to all.
