UPDATE: Former Executive Chef Files Discrimination Complaint Against Green Garden Country Club

Chicago resident claims he was subjected to racial slurs and different work terms at the Frankfort country club and golf course.

UPDATE (11:06 a.m. Wednesday)--Julie Bowman, deputy director of the Chicago district office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, said EEOC employees, by law, cannot comment on complaints filed with the agency. A former executive chef at Frankfort's Green Garden Country Club has filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint claiming he was discriminated against at the Frankfort country club and golf course because of his race, according to an agency document. George Dover, who was demoted from executive chef to line cook, filed the the complaint with the EEOC on Dec. 29.
