  Carmie, you should watch your own grammar and punctuation before you criticize others. You missed a comma, the colon is not used correctly, and the last time I checked, "I got" would not be considered proper English.

  No. You're under the influence after one drink. Plus, you don't have to agree to a breathalizer, but you can still be arrested and convicted of driving under the influence without the breathalizer reading.
