My dad, George W. Gaumond (Lt.Col.USAF ret.) passed away early last year. He was the last surviving officer from the WWII combat team of his unit, the 101st N.Y.Cavalry. They liberated three of the eleven Kaufering slave labor camps (sub-camps of Dachau) outside Landsberg, Germany in the spring of 1945. If you would like to read an eyewitness account of these events go to www.wingfoot101.us Click on History, click on Germany, then click on Landsberg 1945. At the back of the website is a photo gallery with (be forwarned) several graphic photos of what my dad and his comrades came upon. If you would like to research this subject further visit the excellent website: www.kaufering.com where 1500 photos and documents have been collected and archived.
Holocaust deniers are self-deluded fools, and clearly anti-American.
