The Band is Back in Town: District 122 Band in Need of Instruments
If you have gently used band instruments, donate them to District 122. Also today: Mancari's One Day Sale and Chicago Cruisin' for St. Jude.
In a time when school budget cuts have been rampant, even in the local area, it's reassuring to see that some school districts are getting back on track. But every school community that's getting programs back on their feet needs some help.
Help bring band back to Ridgeland School District 122. The District is accepting donations of gently used band and orchestral instruments. Instruments can be dropped off at the District 122 Administrative Center, 6500 W. 95th St., in Oak Lawn. For more information, call 708-599-5550.
