Pissing Porsche Driver Cited for Public Pee: Police

Caller phones in public urination incident on Southwest Highway, identifies driver, police say.


Oak Lawn Police responded to a report of public urination at Star Auto, 9830 Southwest Highway, around 5:32 p.m. March 21.

According to the caller, three men were standing in the parking lot and one of the men, wearing a blue hoody and blue jeans, exposed his penis and urinated between two cars in full public view.

The caller said he was stopped in traffic at the light on Southwest Highway when he observed the alleged bathroom break.

Police located the caller, who flagged down officers and said the man was in in a gray Porsche traveling southbound on Southwest Highway from 95th Street.

Officers were able to stop the Porsche and speak to all three occupants. The driver, later identified as Forta T. Moses, 31, of Chicago, said they were at Star Auto to pick up their friend’s car, but nobody had urinated in the parking lot.

The officer asked why a stranger would report that one of them had urinated in public, and the men in the Porsche said that the stranger must be lying, police said.

The caller pulled up and spoke to another officer on the scene. Police said that he dentified Moses as the man he observed urinating and exposing himself.

The caller wished to have a citation issued to Moses and said he would be a complaining witness.

Moses was issued a citation for disorderly conduct. He has a hearing at Oak Lawn Village Hall on April 15.
