Family Seeks Intersection Changes on 1-year Anniversary of Middle-Schooler's Death

It was one year ago today that Kaylah Lentine, 14, died after getting hit by a pickup truck trying to cross Southwest Highway and Cicero Avenue.

Irish Christian Brother Edward C. Courtney taught at Brother Rice High School in Chicago from 1960-68 and also at St. Laurence High School in Burbank from 1972-74. A Seattle-law firm has settled 20 cases out of court of men who claimed that Courtney abused them.
