If you're looking for a job in the area, the Midwest's "number one furniture and mattress retailer" is looking for you. Art Van Furniture is hosting a job fair today from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn, 9333 S. Cicero Ave.

Art Van is opening up a new location in Bedford Park at 7200 S. Cicero Ave. and is looking for people to fill full-time and part-time positions including "store managers, visual merchandisers, sales associates, warehouse associates and office associates, among others," according to a company representative.

Art Van is opening several nearby Chicago locations as well, including its first store which opened this summer in Orland Park.
