FALL ON THE GREEN: Bands and Blooming Onions
Sunday is your last chance to go to Fall on the Green. Patch has you covered on what is happening when.
I only felt like falling down a little last night at Fall On the Green, where I imbibed in two South Side delicacies: a blooming onion and toasted raviolli. It was the best meal I've had in over a month.
It seemed as if all of Oak Lawn was on the green last night for Day 2 of Oak Lawn's end of summer festival. I received one complaint of gnats from a reader who told me she was leaving the fest because she was being attacked by them. When I went to the fest last night, it was gnat free.
Today (Sunday) is the last day of Fall On the Green which runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
