The Chicago Southland's brightest stars will be out Sunday, Dec. 5, from 3-6 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Chicago-Alsip for the free "Southland's Got Talent" show, sponsored by the Alsip Park District and the Doubletree Hotel Chicago-Alsip.

This new regional talent show features the 30 best and brightest up-and-coming local individual and group acts in music, dance, and performance, and is based on talent, originality, audience engagement, creativity and appearance.

Performances will be judged by an independent panel of regional performance and arts professionals.
