District 122

Schools: Ernest F. Kolb, George W. Lieb, Harnew and Columbus Manor elementary schools and Simmons Middle School
Registration: Thursday, August 8, 7:30 to 11 a.m. and 12 to 2:30 p.m. at each individual school
What to Bring: See items listed on District website
Fees: $100 general fee (grades 1-8), pay at the time of registration via cash, check or money order. Additional costs can be found here.

District 123

Schools: Covington, Hannum, Hometown, Kolmar and Sward elementary schools and Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School
Registration: By appointment only, Mondays, August 12 and August 19, 3 to 7 p.m. at the District Office, 4201 W. 93rd St.
What to Bring: See checklist here (Page 2).
Fees: $190 base fee. Middle school gym shirt, shorts and lock are an additional $20 total. Can be paid via cash, check, online at www.d123.org or credit card.

District 125

Schools: Lawn Manor, Hamlin, Meadow Lane
Registration: New student registration will take place at Lawn Manor School between July 15 and August 21. You will need to call the registration line 708-522-2306 to make an appointment.
What to Bring: Required proofs of residency include a mortgage or lease, two recent bills that were sent to your home (e.g. cable bill, electric bill, etc.) and a photo ID.
Fees: $85 book fee for grades K-5 at all schools. Lawn Manor has a $20 supply fee; Meadow Lane has a $10 supply fee; Hamlin has a $5 student planner fee. Milk at any school is $20 for the whole school year. Parents receiving public assistance may be able to have their fees waived.

District 229

School: Oak Lawn Community High School
Registration: Wednesday, August 14, 2013, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
What to Bring: Three documents showing proof of residency. See website.
Fees: $365 base fee. Additional fees may be applied.

Harold L. Richards High School

Registration: August 12 (juniors) and 13 (sophomores), 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Senior and freshman registration were earlier this week.
