Dr. Farah Hasan of Advocate Christ Medical Center will reveal the ABC's of Diabetes - Hemoglobin A1c, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. His discussion will also include appropriate targets for blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, as well as healthy lifestyle habits for diet and exercise.
