Moo Cafe Opens at Children's Museum

The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn will be open in the evening Thursday, Oct. 28 until 8 p.m. The museum is open late every second and fourth Thursday of the month.
 
Join us the week of Oct. 25 as we welcome the new Moo Cafe exhibit.  Children will be able to serve up some of their favorite dairy treats while learning about nutrition and a variety of other things.  The Friendly Market will be getting a face-lift as we bring in new shelving, a new register and a balance scale for children to learn weights and measures. 
 
On the evening of Oct. 29, the museum will host a members-only event for people who purchased their memberships at the Children's Museum in Oak Lawn.  The first 150 kids will be treated to Andy's Custard and all will enjoy chocolate dipping from Fannie May.  You must be a member of the Children's Museum in Oak Lawn to participate.
