Student Snow Shovelers Needed To Help Oak Lawn Seniors

Volunteer for Oak Lawn's Senior Snow Shoveling program and make a senior's day!

If you're a high school or college student on winter break and you're at home doing nothing, Oak Lawn's Senior Snow Shoveling Program can use some more volunteers--NOW.

With 7.8 inches already on the ground in Oak Lawn and more on the way, a lot of seniors who can't afford snow removal services or have little family nearby to help with snow removal from walks and driveways.

Better yet, pick out a senior on your block and make their day by shoveling their walks and driveway.

Snow removal can be dangerous to those with health conditions. Being able to get out of the house for doctor appointments or emergencies can mean the difference between life and death.
