Italian Villa Pizza Place closing

Italian Villa closed because the owners did not renew their lease. I heard they wanted a reduction in cost but the owners have a new place going in that is willing to pay the increased rent. I think that was a bad reason to cancel their lease after 40 years of business and I think we should boycott whatever new place is opening in its place.
