OL desperately needs someone to fix these traffic lights.  This morning it went from green to red in 5 seconds. (4:35am) The signal like to walk was still on and the count down clock hadn't start clocking and it still showed walk.  Some poor guy got snapped as he turned the corner.  Yet you try and fight these tickets and you loose.  What's up with this?  You are causing more accidents then preventing.
