Man Shot in Burbank Drive-By

Burbank Police report on an overnight shooting.

A man was shot in Burbank early Friday morning in what police are saying was not a random incident.

The shooting occurred at 12:25 a.m. on Dec. 7 in the 6700 block of 85th Street, according to the Burbank Police Department.

A 20-year-old man was walking alone when a maroon mini-van drove by and its occupants began to yelled "gang jargon" at him, police said. The man heard shots ring out and realized he had been shot in the leg.
