Police Nab Two After Foot Chase on Kenneth Avenue

Weird goings on at 109th Street and Kenneth Avenue Wednesday evening, as cops chase two men through residential yards.

Oak Lawn police snagged two men near Kenneth Avenue and 109th Street after they had reportedly broken into a vacant house that had been on the market for the past several months.

Sometime between 5 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, two males who appeared to be in their late teens or early twenties were spotted walking up and down the 10900 block of South Kenneth Avenue.

A woman who saw them on her next door neighbor's driveway yelled out, “what the hell?” The men left and walked south down Kenneth. When they returned a second time the woman called police.
