The cop waited in the parking lot until he saw a man matching the picture and description on the warrant and start unloading groceries into the truck. Police said the officer pulled behind up him and advised the owner, later identified as Patrick S. Healy, 50, of 8600 block of South Natchez Ave., in Burbank, that he should not be driving.

Healy was handcuffed and taken into custody. He allegedly told police that his ex-wife lives in Will County and that he missed court date, but sent her money. Police said Healy was placed in a holding cell pending bond and extradition to Will County.
