Free FAFSA Seminar: How to Become More Eligible for College Financial Aid

The Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., will host a free FAFSA seminar on Tuesday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.  Not mastering the FAFSA process may needlessly put you in debt for the rest of your life. 

Gerald Knight, CPA, MBA, MSA of Tax Busters, will show you how to save thousands of dollars by making yourself more eligible for financial aid.  In this free lecture forum, he will explain the process and share a spreadsheet that you can use to calculate your EFC (expected family contribution) before you fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form.
